EM Key Solutions/Cortek is seeking a Program Manager (PM) who will provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction and/or similar contracts. The candidate will assign tasks to contractor personnel, supervise ongoing technical efforts, and manage overall contract performance. Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the contract, including both technical issues and business processes. Must proactively identify potential contractual, programmatic, and resource limitations issues.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary interface with Government customer
- Manage contract staff and performance
- Manage contract budget to include review and approval of invoices
- Ensure the accuracy of employee timekeeping
- Prepare Monthly Status Reports
- Convene Monthly Technical Meetings
- Ensure performance quality and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Possess a TS clearance with eligibility for SCI at the time of proposal submission and maintain the level of clearance to access the facility.
- Possess a Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PgMP) or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Minimum three years experience (within the last seven years) directly supporting projects that require a working knowledge of CWMD operations, issuances, and policies.
- Experience with cost-plus contracts
Desired qualifications/experience:
- Minimum of three years experience (within the last seven years) leading the implementation of programs or projects in intelligence or CWMD.
Clearance:
An active Top Secret Clearance is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
