What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at EMAG?
Installs and repairs new and/or existing equipment at customers’ facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications
- Liaison between customer and office to coordinate activities at the customers in this area.
- Makes analysis of machine and process to determine nature and scope of problem.
- Coordinates problem resolution with engineering, customer service, and other personnel to expedite repairs.
- Provides on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.

Education/Experience/Skills:
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2 year college or technical school; or equivalent experience and/or training
- FANUC and/or Siemens knowledge and experience preferred
- Machine tool experience

Expected travel is 80%, usually Monday through Friday, home on weekends.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
