Job Title: Executive Director - Residential Facility
Location: 130 Calo Lane, Lake Ozark, Missouri
Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000 per year
Company Overview: Calo Programs is a unique organization comprising an extraordinary group of programs (family intensives, preteen and teen residential treatment centers, and young adult transition programs) all dedicated to healing the effects of early trauma. Calo Lake Ozark student capacity is 136 students across six different programs with a desire for continued expansion and diversification as appropriate. Our unique model facilitates the establishment, deepening, and maintaining healthy and safe relationships that ultimately lead to co-regulation and joy.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our Teen Girls program. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including staff management, resident care, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving others, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- Provide integrative leadership to the residential facility, fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and integrity.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, resident admissions, and financial management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to residents.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards governing residential care facilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and quality of life.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a residential care facility or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in residential care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve organizational goals.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to residents.
