POSITION SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to oversee the physical condition of the Supported Living homes, grounds, and equipment within the homes; oversee the maintenance of leases offices and other areas where the company may operate; ensures compliance with all Federal and State regulations and city codes.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be at least eighteen years of age.
- Must have the ability to satisfy a background check and comply with the company's drug free workplace policy.
- Must possess a good driving record, show proof of current driver's license and insurance.
- Must secure First aid and CPR certification within 30 days.
- Must have working knowledge of basic carpentry skills, repair of household appliances, and electrical and plumbing skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Include the following & other duties may be assigned.
- Maintain the building interior and exterior of the individual group homes, including but not limited to minor plumbing, electrical, appliance repair or purchases, and window replacement
- Repair damage to walls and paint as needed.
- Oversee preventative maintenance program.
- Conduct monthly fire and sprinkler test and inspection.
- Clean equipment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain and/or supervise the grounds of the group homes, including but not limited to roof repair and maintenance, gutter cleaning and repair, siding repair, ac maintenance
- Maintain fence, clean driveways, and remove weeds and debris from the grounds including sidewalks.
- Inspect sprinkler system for lawn watering assuring proper adjustment on a monthly basis.
- Remove and/or oversee the removal of snow and ice during winter months, as necessary at the group homes
- Supports the budget by submitting receipts and mileage reports in a timely manner.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance contract services as necessary.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One year experience working with individuals with developmental disability preferred.
