Job Summary:
We invite an accomplished Partner Success Manager to join our growing team and take the lead in advancing our partnership efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with key partners, ensuring they are aligned with our company objectives. You will report directly to the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager and play a vital role in our continued growth and expansion. **This is a hybrid position, with 2 days onsite at our Cleveland, OH home office**
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, acquire, and grow D2C partnerships in line with company goals.
- Manage relationships with existing partners, ensuring they are receiving exceptional support and meeting performance expectations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Recommend new strategies and initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of D2C partnership campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing analytics team to track and analyze partnership performance metrics, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with new and existing partners, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the pet insurance and D2C industries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, direct-to-consumer marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, developing, and managing D2C partnerships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the pet insurance industry and D2C market trends is a plus.
- Willingness to travel, as needed, for industry events and meetings with partners.
