As our Assistant Manager, you will assist in resident retention while enhancing the resident experience by applying skillful conflict resolution strategies.
Responsibilities
- Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts.
- Audit lease and resident files.
- Process pre-close and month-end reports.
- Inspect apartments upon move-ins and move-outs.
- Generate new lease and renewal contracts.
- Complete statement of deposits for move-outs.
Qualifications
- One year of sales/service industry experience
- Previous leasing experience, preferred
- Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
Required Testing
- Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
Position type: hourly, full-time.
Position location: Littleton, CO; Reporting: direct to Community Manager.
