As a CONCIERGE, you will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service both in person and by telephone to our guests and residents.
Responsibilities
- Maintain visitor lists and logs.
- Escort residents, visitors, and vendors throughout the property.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and amenity spaces.
- Deliver packages, dry cleaning, and miscellaneous items upon request.
- Follow up on maintenance work orders.
Qualifications
- One-year concierge experience in property management or a similar position.
- Class A Multifamily experience, preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional image
- Valid Driver’s License
Required Testing
- Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
