What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Support Admin position at Emcor?
Assist with facility management solutions and leadership to Client owned and/or leased facilities assigned. This position is considered critical for the advancement of potential candidates to the position of Operations Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with plans and programs to meet and/or exceed the operational and financial objectives within the account, in conjunction with Manager
Supports General Manager, Regional Managers, Site Leads, and in meeting contractual obligations.
Ensure contract compliance and service delivery meets client expectations.
Ensure effective Client satisfaction, service and relations.
Adhere to guidelines set by Manager for cost effectiveness, consistency, quality, accuracy and performance to business standards and Client expectations.
Support compilation, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators.
Communicate policies, rules and regulations; keep management and employees informed of unusual events. Act to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Education:
Business Administration Undergraduate degree in related field (preferred.)
Qualifications:
Business Experience
Two years’ experience in comparable position, or combination of education and experience (preferred).
