What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator position at Emcor?
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support recruiting for EMCOR Facilities Services. Recruiting activities to include sourcing, evaluation, and selection of talent for primarily non-exempt/hourly positions. Works with Human Resources (HR) team members and hiring managers to assess talent needs, build talent pipelines, and acquire top candidates. Provides timely feedback to hiring managers. Supports recruiting process by performing administrative and support activities. This position is contract to hire.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partners with Recruiter to source and hire high-quality candidates for technical, administrative and support roles; communicates effectively with Recruiter and candidates at all stages of the process. Thinks tactically to determine a short-term strategy for hard to fill or unusual roles. Builds a network of talent through varied sources. Provides strategic feedback on candidates
- Screening employee referral candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles
- Schedule interviews and phone screens with Managers, Recruiter and candidates
- Assist with offer letters, background checks, reports, and other admin duties
- Any other duties assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong influencing skills
- 1-2 years experience in Talent Acquisition
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate messages clearly and concisely
- Professional maturity: ability to set day to day priorities and provide workload feedback to manager
