eMed is hiring a FP&A Analyst. The ideal candidate is an analytics professional with experience in delivering large transformation projects across functional areas, including finance, data collection, customer service, procurement, and risk management.
The FP&A Analyst plays a crucial role in identifying, improving, and developing technology solutions that drive our strategic goals. The FP&A Analyst will have a thorough understanding of business processes and data.
Requirements
- Work with key stakeholders to understand the business vision, priority, and expectations.
- Experience with FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, month-end, cost center analysis, accruals, variance reports, financial reports, data analysis, data tables, process documentation, and flow charts.
- Extensive experience with excel and advanced excel features, data visualization software, and MS Office suite.
- Review current business processes and technology and present new ideas, tools, and resources to increase efficiencies and evolve strategies.
- Create accurate functional specifications, workflows, user stories, test plans, and training documentation.
- Present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner with clear recommendations based on data insight.
- Perform analysis to determine the impact of proposed solutions.
- Liaison between lines of business and the finance team while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team.
- Identify, analyze and resolve problems logically and systematically.
- Deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer-oriented team, and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
- Develop and assist with performance-related data modeling, key financial metrics, budget, forecasting financials, and perform ad hoc analysis.
- Manage data sets to support BI models using visualization tools to track the performance by comparing and analyzing budgets and forecasts with actual results, trends, and variances.
