This team member manages the daily operations of the P C office and assists the Director of P C with a variety of people and culture related activities. Manages team member payroll, benefit plans, workers' compensation insurance, recruiting and works with the operations team to ensure that all team member needs are met in a timely manner. This person knows that every interaction is a way to reinforce the Makeready culture.
