IT Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager who is a technical generalist capable of overseeing and managing diverse systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript programming and be proficient in general IT support across various platforms and technologies. While prior experience with AppSheet is not required, you should be a fast learner capable of quickly mastering NoCode development platforms like AppSheet. This role is crucial in ensuring our technological infrastructure aligns with our mission to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Oversight:

• Manage and oversee diverse IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud services.
• Ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of all IT systems.
• Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.

Application Development:

• Develop, update, and maintain our in-house applications using AppSheet.
• Utilize JavaScript and AppScript for app customization and functionality enhancements.
• Quickly learn and adapt to AppSheet's NoCode development environment.

IT Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for staff, software vendors, and partners across various platforms.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on a wide range of technologies and systems.
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.

Security and Compliance:

• Ensure the security and integrity of company data and IT systems in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive health information.
• Develop and enforce policies to ensure HIPAA compliance across all technological platforms.

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement new technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role overseeing diverse systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript programming.
• Broad knowledge of IT systems, including networks, servers, cloud services, and various software applications.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to NoCode development platforms like AppSheet.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience ensuring compliance in IT systems.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of network administration and cybersecurity best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
