We are searching for a Customer Service Coordinator for our apparel client.
Responsibilities :
- Review and analyze all customer orders in the beginning of the Season before EDI application to ensure all data is correct.
- Process all EDI orders in SAP.
- Process daily dropship orders for all customers, using the DSCO and SPS Commerce platforms.
- Work closely with Supply Chain Department to keep abreast of incoming receivings.
- Following chargebacks and making sure deductions are valid and reasonable.
- Supporting return process for all related orders.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience working in customer service
- Wholesale apparel industry experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with SAP and EDI is a plus
Salary Range $50-60K
