We’re currently looking for a LEGAL ANALYST who can make an immediate impact to our Corporate Resources Team!

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
General duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with business clients to draft, review, order documents, and any other actions required to complete qualification packages.
  • Review and negotiate contract changes requested to ensure that contracts are in full compliance with legal and/or regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the central integration point for a variety of company stakeholders in the qualifying process. Draft letters, emails and other correspondence as needed.
  • Maintenance of document system: Filing, folder structure, conventions, organization, tracker maintenance.
  • Create strategies to reach contract objectives and build a network.
  • Write, review, administer, update, and report on qualifications.
  • Initiate and execute special projects and other responsibilities as needed.


REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents. Background in Heavy Civil Construction a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively; both verbally and in writing.
  • Very strong attention to detail and accuracy of information.
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity, critical thinking, initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and deliverables, and coordinate across functional initiatives to meet deadlines.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving and fast-changing environment.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to function well in a fast paced and at times stressful environment.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of related experience preferred.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
  • Minimal travel may be required.
