Client Service Representative/Receptionist (FT/PT) position available for a busy small-animal hospital.

- Daily communication with clients, communication with doctors, scheduling and checking in appointments, and ensuring each outgoing patient has proper medications and instructions ready to go home.

Requirements:
- Must be available afternoons and some Saturdays.
- Prior experience in an animal hospital setting is strongly preferred (relevant experience will be considered).
- Must be able to multitask and problem solve.
- Excellent communication skills are required and one must be comfortable using veterinary-specific software, and a multi-line phone system.
