The Technical Product Manager will play a critical role in driving the vision and execution of the product roadmap for our Account Aggregation Product capability. This role will work with teams across the organization to further enhance and optimize the product. This includes, but is not limited to, architecture, engineering, finance, design, marketing, sales, and customer service teams. The Technical Product Manager will be instrumental in defining and fine-tuning the go-to-market strategy for the company’s technical products, helping teams to understand the product’s competitive positioning and the steps being taken to ensure market leadership. This role will serve as the internal and external advocate for the product offering, ensuring that customer satisfaction and revenue goals are met.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the product through the entire product lifecycle, including refining the product vision, gathering market and business requirements, defining product features, driving adoption of product, and actualizing the product roadmap.
  • Engage with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to understand and validate their evolving business needs.
  • Partner with Technology teams to clearly articulate the account aggregation product strategy to technical buyers, often bridging the gap between Technology and the Business.
  • Contribute to product launch plans in collaboration with product marketing.
  • Work with teams across the organization to solve the business and user needs of customers.
  • Help with the development of detailed business plans, product strategy, tactical roadmaps and high-level requirements that align with, and support attainment of, company objectives.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and target markets for your product.
  • Determine and manage product priorities, including new features, iterations, and bug fixes.
  • Own external developer portal documentation.
  • Work closely with marketing to help define, develop, and disseminate product messages, value propositions, and positioning to optimize revenue and maximize market share.
  • Act as the primary evangelist for your product or product idea.
  • Provide sales and marketing support, including pricing, sales demos, trainings, core positioning and messaging (as appropriate) and support client installations/integrations.
  • Remain current on product and technology trends.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • At least 3 years of successful product management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment and/or in the financial services/fintech industry
  • Experience with prevailing and emerging technologies, including cloud, APIs (SOAP and REST), SDKs, authentication services/SSO, data aggregation products, web and micro services and component architecture and with engineering approaches for scale and performance


Skills

  • Demonstrated market success managing existing data aggregation products and optimizing their performance (preferably in the financial advisory space)
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and software applications
  • Proven product management expertise working in a software development company
  • An understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging technology trends
  • Experience in using developer tools, such as Postman and Apigee
  • Comfortable working with enterprise partners and their technical teams, managing client expectations, and understanding needs and opportunities to integrate
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Results orientation
  • Strong strategic and financial acumen
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • The ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently, and the drive to lead teams to execute on defined vision
  • Technically savvy, able to work with development and design team members



The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $141,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
