Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance/ Business Administration Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with prior working knowledge of BPC and SAP or equivalent ERP accounting system Public audit and/or internal audit experience required Possess an advanced understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Thorough understanding of financial statement preparation and reporting Ability to work effectively and efficiently within tight deadlines including integrating resources effectively and anticipating needs to proactively resolve them Positive attitude and dependable team player with strong attention to detail Inquiring mind with ability to learn, build knowledge, ask questions, challenge the status quo, and be accountable for their own work CPA License strongly preferred
