What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Specialist position at Emonics, LLC?
-Position: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 6 Months
Note: Candidates who are ready working onsite Hybrid (Tuesday and Wednesday on site)
Interview Process: Please do not submit candidates that cannot interview in-person / Video
MUST ARE:
• Must be able to work the Hybrid model (on site 2 days a week)
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge of Integrated Eligibility (Medicaid, Snap/Tanf or Child Care)
• Working 100% remote is not optional.
Requirement Description: short description on what they will be working on, objectives, and tasks/deliverables Responsibilities:
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge of Integrated Eligibility (Medicaid, Snap/TANF or Child Care)
• Knowledge and experience testing the eligibility Rules will be added benefit.
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge & experience with Reports and Integration testing.
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge and experience using Test Management tools.
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge & ability to script using automation tools such as Selenium & Cucumber
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge to manual scripting and test execution.
• Act as key point of contact for QA aspects of releases, providing test services and coordinating QA resources.
• Ensure that all testing work is carried out in accordance with Test plan, including schedule and quality requirements.
• Provide feedback to System Integrator on the implications of testing outcomes.
• Knowledge of SDLC and defect lifecycle
• Adhere to formal QA processes and daily goals as established by the QA lead.
• Ensure that all testing work is carried out in accordance with the Test plan, including schedule and quality requirements.
• Proactively follow up on questions and defects and follow to closure.
• Respond to all requests from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Mandatory Requirements/Time
• Preferred candidate will have Experience with HHS Eligibility Systems and Policy: 7 years
• Experienced tester with knowledge in Medicaid and SNAP/TANF benefits and skills in writing and executing test scripts: 7 years
• Adhere to formal QA processes, ensuring that the Systems Implementation [SI] team is using industry-accepted best practices: 7 years
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of test management software
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is required.
• Excellent communication skills
