Works under the guidance of the Global Regulatory Project Managers to plan/implement research planning activities. Executes data creation, maintenance and analysis for regulatory processes. Provides input to and collaborates on improvements in process documentation and procedures related to the research planning and execution process.
Develops and runs reports from various systems.
Job duties:-
Data consolidation, data entry and data movement between systems. Workflow date updates in MS Project. Running expense plan reports, regulatory science tracking reports and other report types as needed. Planning data entry. Template changes in Microsoft Project plans and carry through changes to all associated plans.
- Plan updates that extend across all active plans.

o Adding Task IDs
o Renaming Task IDs
o Removing Tasks
o Updating durations
- Assigning numerical codes and tracking in various projects, as needed
Support Global Regulatory Project Managers in the day to day administrative components of their project management responsibilities.
