What are the responsibilities and job description for the Survey Customers position at Emphases?
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to engage with the public and get survey information from people in restaurants and bars for an ongoing campaign.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive street outreach in busy public areas, food venues and gatherings to engage with individuals and share information about the campaign assigned to you.
- Approach pedestrians, initiate conversations to get them to take a survey.
- Maintain a record of interactions, including the number of people approached and the survey's achieved, to report to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share valuable insights, feedback, and suggestions from your daily interactions with people.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable working independently in a street outreach setting.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or community outreach is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
