The company is currently growing with new, challenging projects, and we are looking for a Sales Manager (Commission-Based) who will help us to extend our client network.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets;
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing excellent service;
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics;
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals;
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities;
- Stay updated with industry news and developments;
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Requirements:
- 2 years of working experience in the same position;
- Proficient in development service sales;
- Ready to work on a commission-based contract;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management.
