This role is open to both part-time and full-time applicants, considered on a case-by-case basis. It is an excellent opportunity for current college students majoring in graphic design or recent graduates seeking hands-on real-life experience in a dynamic design environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for various projects.
Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to work on design elements for vehicle wraps, signage, and apparel printing.
Assist in creating mockup proofs for customer approval.
Print Production:
Learn to operate and maintain printing equipment, including HP Latex printers, Roland cutters, and GFP laminators.
Receive training on the use of Onyx RIP software for efficient and precise printing.
Support the preparation and prepress of production files to ensure they are print-ready.
Assist in laminating roll vinyl graphics for added durability.
Learn the process of cutting vinyl to create install-ready kits for the installation team.
Quality Control:
Develop a keen eye for detail to contribute to the highest quality standards in production.
Participate in regular quality checks on prints and finished products.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the design and production teams to coordinate workflow.
Engage in team meetings to share insights and learn from experienced professionals.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Eagerness to learn and a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
