Responsibilities Include:
Work with customers on orders and communicate with them through the ordering process.
Prioritize the customer’s needs at every step of the process.
Generate sales orders and invoicing to customers.
Become an expert in our inventory.
Work with freight companies to ensure delivery of product as promised.
Purchasing inventory for orders and warehouse needs. Entering in invoicing from vendors on purchased inventory.
Audit inbound and outbound freight.
Assist with filing.
Answering phones.
Picking up supplies as needed.
Cross train to be able to cover others when needed.
Administrative assistant duties for President and CFO.
Other duties as assigned and a willingness to help!
Qualifications:
Must be reliable.
Must have the ability to check work and turn work in accurately.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Robust written and communication skill set.
Team player that can maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word
Experience using QuickBooks a plus.
