Empire is seeking a creative individual to fill our Designer Position.
The candidate must be a conceptual designer with growth aspirations. He or she must have strong artistic energy with the desire to learn, develop, and advance his/her skills in design, being able to work on multiple jobs in an accelerated environment, ensure deadlines are met, and work effectively under pressure. Be passionate and motivated. Be conducted with an independent spirit. Be witty, progressive and committed.

What you will do ...
• Production of visual material, mainly in digital format, but it can also be printed.
• Propose new ideas and solutions to raise the level of design quality constantly.
• Design creative and engaging images for a global audience using multiple channels that
include (but are not limited to) social networks, blog posts/design, banners, websites, emails, videos, paid ads, posters, etc.
• Create fixed formats and gif/video for content
• Direct sessions of photos or videos with external or autonomous agencies
• Brainstorm and constantly collaborate with the team to obtain new ideas and strategies
• Research industry trends to provide relevant, innovative and original ideas for Empire.
• Thoroughly understand and clearly convey the established brand guide through all marketing materials, ensuring an accurate interpretation of the style guide
• Deliver creative messages that are brief, punctual, branded, and that effectively
communicate messages as described in marketing, internal stakeholders and business objectives
You should ...
• 3-5 years of proven work experience as a designer in agencies or start-ups
• Experience in different design areas: mobile, video, movement, etc.
• Mastery of tools such as Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understand how to optimize the content on digital platforms (social, video, web)
• Excellent writing and language skills and an excellent understanding of the English language.
• Ability to work cross, take a good direction and collaborate with the teams to integrate
the contributions of multiple stakeholders: flexible, friendly and positive behavior
• Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to manage
