Who you are:
You are not your typical pharmacy technician. You are a true professional who prides themselves on their attention to detail and customer service. You understand what concierge means and apply the principal to your day to day interactions with your customers. You take pride in providing this white-glove service and your customers often comment on your ability to go above and beyond. Your in-depth understanding of the pharmacy space and familiarity with the concept of Formulary lists and Utilization management programs allows you to make informed decisions on behalf of your clients. You use your industry knowledge to build innovative programs for your clients to help them save valuable dollars. You are AGILE - you have the ability to change course easily without getting frustrated and still learn as you go in a fast-paced environment. Your boundless energy and endless positivity means your colleagues love working with you. What you will be doing:
· Communicate with members, provider offices, in-network pharmacies and vendors supporting differentiating EmpiRx Health programs and initiatives
· Serve as a liaison and advocate for member, pharmacy and vendors
· Follow well-defined processes and procedures to deliver best-in-class concierge service to our members
· Document all communications and outcomes within EmpiRx Health care management tool
· Contribute to reporting and trending needs for the initiatives
· Practice under general supervision of registered pharmacist
What you need:
· Certified pharmacy technician with at least two years of pharmacy experience working for a PBM, or Health Plan or a call center of MTM program, OR at least four year in a hospital or retail environment.
· Impeccable customer service skills and a deep understanding of what it means to be concierge
· 4 year college degree preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
· Desire to work in a fast-paced, exciting start-up environment with the ability to multi-task and work outside the non-clinical environment; responsibilities may vary from day to day
· Excellent critical thinking and time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Excel
· Background in customer service or client facing roles
