What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountant Clerk position at Employ?
We're looking for an Accounting Clerk to join a growing Commercial Real Estate company located in Scottsdale, AZ The Accounting Clerk posts invoices and reconciles various accounts for multiple entities. This individual is also responsible for generating monthly rent invoices as well as assisting the CFO and Assistant Controller with other accounting tasks.
Essential Duties -

- Perform check writing duties in an accurate and timely manner
- Issue deposits on a daily basis and record
- Process urgent checks as they are requested
- Pay invoices on a weekly basis
- Reconcile and pay monthly credit card statements
- Create monthly invoices for clients on QuickBooks
- Receive payments & manage A/R for clients
- Obtain and record accurate vendor W-9s
- Assist with 1099s annually
- Analyze and audit various accounts as needed
- Assist with miscellaneous accounting tasks as required
