Job Summary:
The Director of Operations functions as the primary point of contact to branch teams to provide elevated
support and first line expertise in the areas of Branch Operations, Recruiting and Order Fulfillment, and
Team Development. This position should act as an influencer to help create discipline and provide
insight to regional leader into the operations of the business.
Your Role & Responsibilities
* Lead strategic initiatives to improve scalability, agility, and efficiency.
* Responsible for leading, motivating and coaching diverse teams along with fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Supports organizational objectives by upholding the integrity of operational infrastructure and ensuring that consistency and quality standards are met.
* Responsible for fostering operational excellence to increase and improve branch efficiencies.
* Drive Recruiting and Order fulfillment; Ensure all branch teams have and are following a recruitment plan; encourage teams to review success and change activities as needed.
* Leverage the Talent Funnel through education and support; Help drive improvement in the branch Talent Funnel leading metrics; advise management on talent funnel efficiencies and optimization.
* Ramp Planning & Execution; Lead efforts on regional "ramps" to ensure recruitment plan is in place, resources are aligned and/or requested, and challenges to order fulfillment are solved.
* Enforce a work environment that upholds compliance with Company procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
* Lead meetings with regional teams monthly to ensure EB operational standards are being met, communicate news, and share in best practices.
* Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed and assigned. Assist with driving the success of rollouts, pilots, and strategic business goals.
* Oversee the success of any in-market acquisition interactions by acting as the lead SME, support the training plan with ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to regional teams.

Travel Requirements:
30-50% regional travel time expected for the position.
MVR Requirements
Must have a valid drivers' license with a driving record indicating a safe driving history acceptable to
the company and at all times remain eligible to drive a motor vehicle under applicable laws and
regulations.
