What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer position at employment with us?
We are looking for amazing Laborers to assist in our day-to-day growing operations in our cannabis Cultivation department and we want to get to know YOU!

Pay: $16 - $18 per/hour depending on experience
Required Duties:
- Complete necessary cuttings from ordered batches.
- Maintain cleanliness and consistency in cutting plants to standards based on areas of the plant.
- Prepare necessary equipment to plug clones into rooting trays.
- Maintain protocols for preparing clones and plugging them into the trays.
- Maintain correct nutrients and moisture for all clones and plants.
- Irrigate plants consistently to standards.
- Harvest plants with efficiency.
- Miscellaneous other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Essential Job Functions:
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to lift packages/boxes, which are generally under 30 pounds.
- Ability to crouch, stoop, reach, etc.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in a cannabis preferred, but not necessary.
Competencies:
- A solution-oriented “can-do” attitude with the desire to solve problems.
- Personal accountability.
- Ability to focus on work and be mentally present while on the clock.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all staff members.
- Adaptability and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be 21 years of age
