What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior HR Manager position at Employnet Inc?
We are looking for someone with Union experience, must be bilingual, at least 7 years' experience in HR Management and has food industry background.
• Take accountability of all HR and payroll activities
• Develop, manage, and routinely update company policies related to HR and payroll
• Verify effective completion of the routine deliverables within the department (weekly payroll, healthcare eligibility, union pension, workers' compensation premium, etc.)
• Manage mandated yearly reporting - AAP, Pay Data, ACA & EEO Reporting
• In conjunction with EH&S Manager, oversee workers' compensation claims
• Lead investigations into complaints and grievances and act as they key point of contact with Union
• Oversee recruiting, talent acquisition, and development efforts
• Participate in union contract negotiations
Continuously evaluate company practices to ensure compliance to all regulations and obligations Required Qualifications and Competencies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
• SPHR or PHR Certification (PHRCa preferred)
7 years of work experience in Human Resources, ideally from a frozen food or production environment, with a combination of corporate and business experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• HRM implementation experience
• Effective communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Uncompromising respect for confidentiality
• Experience managing the human resources function within a mid sized organization of 500 employees Job Type: Full-time Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits:

This is a direct hire, on-site, and salary rate is $100k-$120k.
