What you will do

  • Responsible for ensuring the team is making a high volume of outbound calls to individuals who are considered warm leads because they have expressed an interest in Empower's innovative financial services.
  • Trains and leads team to generate interest and scheduling qualified appointments that lead to a meeting with a financial consultant or advisor who will review the individual's goals and investment strategy and offer guidance and advice.
  • Execute at both the team/group level and individual, one-on-one level to manage toward key performance initiatives
  • Partners internally to oversee, optimize and execute new hire onboard training and ongoing education programs to optimize team performance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline or improve the participant experience
  • Promote a positive team culture that aligns with our company values
  • As a manager of a team, responsible for hiring, onboarding and performance management activities.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years or experience in a sales or service role

Base Salary Range

$94,500.00 - $121,500.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
