HVAC Service Technician

Due to growth, they are looking for a senior-level HVAC Service Technician to join their expanding team.

Work Schedule

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 7/8 AM to 4 PM (flexible hours)
- 3-4 appointments per day is average
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems as well as Installations
- Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners, providing a consultative approach and options for good, better, and best solutions
- Follow step-by-step processes to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Answer customer questions and provide detailed explanations of services performed
- 3-5 years of experience in Residential HVAC (If you have under 3 years of experience, please apply, as we are hiring for junior, mid & senior level positions at this time)
- Experience with Nexstar (preferred)
- EPA (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and protocols
- Coachable and open to feedback
