Empro is hiring an office assistant/recruiter at our Laguna Hills office to assist with customer service and various administrative/clerical tasks. Calling to recruit new workers is a fundamental part of working in the office as an assistant. You will be either running advertisements for new positions and then contacting the applicants, screening them, and sending the qualified ones to the correct location for training.
A successful candidate will be an excellent multitasker with an ability to create a warm and welcoming environment for our clients, while simultaneously completing a variety of administrative/clerical tasks. Responsibilities
- Run advertisements for currently open positions
- Schedule applicants for interviews/training
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Provide accurate information via phone/email correspondence
- Perform various administrative tasks as requested
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication
- Confident interpersonal skills and an ability to create a pleasant experience for all clients
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficient with internet and database systems (i.e. excel)
- Candidates with prior experience in an office setting are encouraged to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
