About the role: Enavate is currently looking for a client Account Manager in North America. Enavate Account Managers are high performers with a solid history of exceeding goals and who thrive on helping our clients enhance and grow their business. As an Enavate Account Manager, you will be a primary contact for the clients you help manage and will be responsible for building and strengthening those relationships to maximize business opportunities, as well as maintaining client satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a consultative and team-based sales approach by strategically positioning solutions and services to meet our clients’ needs. The role also includes coordinating the efforts of internal experts and external solution vendors to develop customized proposals and collaborate with each client to ensure their requirements are met throughout their engagements. The ability to both achieves sales results and create strategic connections is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Your day will consist of:
- Enhance and cultivate existing client relationships through the timely delivery of accurate information on both a proactive as well as a reactive basis
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships throughout the client organization in the interest of client loyalty and increased sales
- Understand clients’ business needs and industries
- Ability to develop sales plans and effectively demonstrate the ability to position and control sales cycles from beginning to close
- Provide accurate and timely preparation of product, service and maintenance proposals and quotes for existing clientele
- Promote the sale and renewal of annual maintenance contracts and support contracts
- Schedule and help facilitate existing client product demonstrations, strategic meetings and whiteboarding sessions
- Manage sales pipelines and sales cycles efficiently through CRM/Dynamics 365CE
- Drive client attendance at existing client events including events and webinars
- Promote sales of other products and services including Cloud, BI, training, consulting, development, etc.
- Meet sales and team targets together with the sales team and leadership
- Use internal systems and processes to maintain client relations and business operations
- Maintain knowledge on offered solutions and services as well as industry trends
- Maintain core competencies: client focus, knowledge and skills, driving results, communication, teamwork and relationships, personal excellence, business insight, leadership, coaching and developing others
Qualifications
Here is what it takes to be successful in the role:
- Strong solution selling skills within ERP sales and/or Management Consulting
- Outgoing personality, aiming to build relationships with existing clients
- Minimum of three years in a sales representative role within the ERP industry with consistent annual quota performance
- Demonstrated success in optimizing sales from an existing client base
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 required
- Excellent Communication skills (listening, perceptual acuity, speaking, and writing)
- Cloud Knowledge and Experience required
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing client- and personal services
- Ability to travel by air or car and stay overnight
- A go getter with a high energy level to get the job done
