You will draft and review terms, negotiate agreements, and manage all client and vendor contracts, working closely with external attorneys on employment, litigation, and other matters. Your role will be essential in ensuring compliance, managing contract renewals, and swiftly resolving client/vendor issues.
In this dynamic and operationally focused role, you will be expected to drive change and take ownership of your projects. You will work both independently and as part of a team, bringing a proactive, detail-oriented, and positive attitude to everything you do. Your expertise in contract management, experience with improvement projects, and ability to simplify processes and develop templates will be crucial in making our operations more efficient and effective.

Your Day Will Consist Of
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, and amend contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Oversee contract renewals, modifications, and extensions.
- Negotiation and Compliance: Support the negotiation of terms with vendors, clients, and business partners while ensuring adherence to agreed terms and promptly addressing any compliance issues.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients, to facilitate smooth negotiations and collaboration.
- Documentation and Communication: Manage contract-related documents, communicate updates and details effectively to stakeholders, and resolve any contract-related problems.
- Risk Management and Legal Compliance: Identify and mitigate potential risks, stay informed about legal standards, and ensure organizational compliance with relevant regulations.
- Dynamic and Flexible: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change, and able to act as a change agent who drives improvements.
- Proactive Ownership: Capable of taking ownership of projects, driving change effectively, and excelling both in team settings and when working autonomously.
