Here’s What You Will Do
You have:
Physical Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:
Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Here’s What You Will Do
- Assist on multiple concurrent projects to identify and document major business processes associated with the business unit.
- Conduct benchmarking and best practice analysis of the business unit's processes against both industry and non-industry processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes within the entire business unit without jeopardizing reliability, availability, or safety.
- Develop business cases to support recommendations, and monitor the progress associated with the implementation of recommended changes.
- Apply process modeling tools, process improvement methodology, benchmarking, project management, and change management to projects.
- Compile information requests for all levels of leadership.
- Monitor compliance activities and measure productivity while making recommendations for improvements.
- Work with vendors that support operations.
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
You have:
- 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s Degree OR 5 years of related experience with an Associate’s Degree.
- Proficient in application of business process improvement methodology, benchmarking, and change management. Strong customer service orientation.
- Exercise independent judgment and decision-making, along with knowledge of when to get others involved.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Typical office work environment with up to 25% domestic travel.
