What You Will Do:Responsible for first tier responses to inquiries on Relocation, Immigration, and International HR.
Demonstrate technical knowledge in resolving Relocation, Immigration and International HR issues and a keen awareness of interrelationships with other partners.
Educate employees and leaders on relocation and immigration programs Enterprise wide.
Take the lead in managing changes for all policies, implementation, and communication of changes across the Enterprise.
Responsible for managing initiations of all services under the Global Mobility and International HR programs, including tax, relocation, immigration and provide process support for internal and external partners.
Directly resolve vendor related issues and escalation with all vendors.
Review invoices and payments for accuracy and contract compliance. Oversee processing and cost allocation to appropriate costs centers, liaise with payroll and accounts payable for processing. Directly resolve issues with invoice processing and compliance and manage relationship with vendors.
Maintain accurate records in the applicable system.
Responsible for managing/overseeing successful monthly payroll execution for all European Entities.
University degree with 2-4 years of proven related experience.
Ability to work with employee groups with diverse needs across different geographies.
Advanced technical skills of Microsoft Office Suites of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
High degree of flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and variety of business requirements.
Resourceful and highly results oriented with analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
Positive relationship management skills.
Ability to handle critical issues with good judgment, tact, and discretion.
Previous experience/exposure to corporate relocation program delivery and/or administration; including domestic and international relocation, immigration, and tax compliance.
Previous experience/exposure to HR admin, compensation, and /or payroll considered an asset.
Experience with Workday considered an asset.
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
