How you will enjoy your day:

Provide and facilitate excellent food and beverage service to our guests in a welcoming, professional and expedient manner

Work Performed:

1. Arrive at scheduled start and ready for work
2. Uniform must be neat and pressed.  Company grooming standards followed at all times
3. Collect and set up any necessary equipment to perform job including all side-work
4. Complete knowledge of all menus and wine lists
5. Assist Guests with menu selections, accurately record order, paying special attention to any special requests, and enter order into POS
6. Take food and beverage orders in complete and timely fashion
7. Explain all special orders and requests to kitchen culinary team
8. Use proper serving techniques at all times (i.e. serve from the left, etc.)
9. Report any Guest dissatisfaction, mishandled order and opportunities to management in a timely manner
10. Maintain par levels of selected goods as assigned
11. Participate in wine sales programs
12. Recognize Guests by name and use name at 3 times within an interaction. Record preferences for future use
13. Thank guests for dining with us
14. Assist Juice Bar attendant when available
15. Keep work station clean at all times following proper food safe standards
16. Read all memos
17. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards Guests and co-workers
18. Operate POS in a proficient manner
19. Report to Restaurant Manager or Supervisor before ending work shift
20. Act as an ambassador of Enchantment and Mii amo by speaking positively of the property at all times
21. Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting coworkers and other departments as necessary to exceed our Guest’s expectations
22. Knowledge of Resort layout, amenities, hours of operations, special attractions and occasions
23. Work efficiently and as a team
24. Other duties as assigned
