What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Enclos?
Enclos is a specialty subcontractor that designs, engineers, and builds skylines across the country. We are one of the premier curtainwall facade leaders in the United States today.
Enclos is looking for candidates to join our Project Management Training Program, S.O.A.R. (Succession Opportunities through Advanced Rotation). The program provides practical training and experience to individuals that are new or just beginning a Project Management career with a specialty contractor.
As a Project Coordinator expertise is gained through rotations in our key functional areas within Enclos that include Design, Estimating, Engineering, Shop, Field, and Project Management. Successful completion of the SOAR program leads into a Project Management career path.
Training is provided through:
- Mentorship by industry experts within Enclos.
- Hands-on work experience.
- On-line learning through our in-house learning portal.
Preferred candidates should have:
- An associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or anticipated completion of a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Related engineering or construction work experience preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with Construction Management software (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
- An interest to travel and live throughout the United States.
