Our Analysts:

• Communicate directly with customers via phone and email
• Provide guidance on the best practices for product usage
• Analyze, debug, and resolve complex issues across a variety of technical disciplines
• Accurately document issue status and communicate progress
• Travel to customer sites as needed to deliver on-site trainings and lead installations 
• Seek feature enhancement ideas directly from customers, and indirectly through realizing needs based on customer interactions

We have the coolest office in Fort Collins, right on the banks of the Poudre River in Old Town. Requirements

We Hire Software Gurus Who:

• Possess a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field along with related software experience
• Are organized, resourceful, independent and strong communicators
• Take initiative and thrive in an environment of multi-tasking
• Demonstrate a “can-do” attitude, and are highly motivated
• Possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have experience using Windows, iOS, Internet Browsers, and Smart Phone Technologies 
• Have a strong understanding of accounting concepts and practices, supply chain management, sales, or other functions of a food or beverage distributor
