As our Call Center Representative, you will assist our customers with any inquiry of our product information including up sale of products. You will provide top notch customer service, always upholding high-quality standards and going above and beyond by exceeding customer expectations every day. A Typical Day
- Proactively respond to product/service inquiries via telephone, email or fax.
- Accurately place and process orders per Customer Service Representative guidelines.
- Recognize and act on the opportunity to up sell additional products and services to customers.
- Follow-up on outbound calls, assigned cases and quotes in a timely manner.
- Follow up on all open quotes and unresolved customer inquiries.
- Properly and accurately documenting all calls.

- You're an all-star communicator, fluent in written and verbal English.
- You get excited about taking a high volume of in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor in troubleshooting.
- You build strong customer relationships and develop loyal customers.
- You thrive working independently and efficiently in meeting all deadlines.
- You exemplify all company policies and procedures.
- You know MS Office (Word and Excel); you may not be a master but you're on your way.
- You have a High School Diploma and/or combination of customer service experience.
- Your average typing speed is 40 wpm.
- You live in one of these states:Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Nevada and New York.
