As one of the nation’s fastest growing solar companies, we are looking for a dynamic Area Manager to oversee and grow their assigned territory. The Area Manager is responsible for the growth and overall success of the market. Area Manager’s work directly with Encōr's regional and executive leadership. Support is provided to assist Area Managers in training, motivating, and managing solar consultants in their market.

Primary Responsibilities
- Run pre-set appointments and close at a high % to model the way for the team
- Give sales training and motivation to help continually improve the team
- Manage the territory to ensure sales targets are being met.
- Review performance metrics with the team on a regular basis and coach up to see continual improvement
- Interview and train new SolarTech (closers) candidates
- Hold 2-3 sales meetings per week
