Junior Project Manager, Process Change Management

One of the world’s most respected and prominent Consumer Products / Pharmaceutical Corporations has an immediate need for a highly-talented and Junior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a major business process improvement initiative.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in her/his Project Management career to gain valuable Project Management experience with one of the world’s most innovative Consumer / Pharmaceutical corporations.

The Junior Project Manager will need to be able to support multiple regional projects and support large global/cross functional projects. The chosen candidate will need strong communication and presentations skills that will aid in communicating with Director and up to Vice President level.

Expectation is strong delivery and execution as well as creation of plans and communication proactive management and communication of Risk, Actions, and decisions.

The Junior Project Manager will support and lead an international team of professionals from many disciplines, and must ensure that the milestones and timeline are met, while fostering an enthusiasm for the changes being implemented.

Most importantly, the Junior Project Manager must understand how to influence and lead large-scale business process change across a complex and dynamic network

This is not an IT Project Management role.

Must have some level of experience supporting or leading international teams, preferably on large-scale business process change in the regulated Consumer Product or Pharmaceutical Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team and create change readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, executive sponsorship, communications, process mapping, organizational design, and capability development.
• Lead large-scale integration programs – and identify the solutions which will be required to guide employees through the change.
• Directly support and coach leaders and managers as they help their direct reports through transitions.
• Inform cross functional partners about the steps, tracking and expectations

Required Experience

• 1 - 3 years’ experience in Project Management or Business Process Change Management within the Consumer Products / Pharmaceutical Industry
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

Preferred:

• Project Management certification
