- Position: Post-Doc, Neurosurgery
- Location: Evanston, IL
- Full Time
- Hours: Monday-Friday, onsite, standard business hours
What You Will Do
- Oversee the use of a rat model of glioblastoma, and its treatment.
- The ability to work independently, under minimal supervision by the PI, Dr. McDaid.
- Ability to prepare scientific manuscripts for publication.
- Education: PhD in Neuroscience or other related discipline required
- Experience: Neuroscience background, 5 years. Experience with small animal cranial surgery and/or brain slice electrophysiology/calcium imaging is considered a plus, but individuals will be trained in the relevant techniques.
