We have an opening for a Training Coordinator role located in Colfax, NC.
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for
- The oversight and implementation of the facilities training program
- Providing the management of administrative activities to ensure proper tracking, trending, and qualification of all Endura employees
- Delivering select training
- Conducting employee follow-up reviews and schedule required training based on departmental requirements and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor training requirements while motivating employees to achieve maximum safety, quality, and production performance
- Conduct training audits through gap assessments while correcting deficiencies during job training.
- Schedule training events based on production needs, employee qualifications and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the classroom/on-the-job training development and on-going maintenance of all training programs, course materials (theoretical and practical), procedures and assessments to satisfy the client.
- Facilitate courses on site as necessary.
- Remain up to date on topics in production training and maintains required and relevant certifications and skills.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all training programs.
- Strong presentation, training, and group facilitation skills: familiar and competent with audience-engagement methods and techniques appropriate for entry-level, skilled craft and supervision level personnel.
Experience:
- Documented knowledge of OSHA and ISO requirements
- Documented knowledge of adult education and training methodologies such as “train the trainer” course or adult learning for employees
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Training in applied technologies (industrial production) or related
- Experience with developing and maintaining curriculum, learning objectives, training aids, and hands on exercises
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Computer skills and ability to work within MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MPEG, JPEG and PDF files.
- Experience working in systems to track documents, qualifications, and training material.
- Proven skills of addressing and teaching small and large groups of people.
- A demonstrated personal interest in the education and growth of Endura employees.
