Job Description We are seeking a Change Manager for our Insurance - Change Management and Transformation group. The selected individual will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a variety of internal projects, and will be reporting to the VP, Optimization and Change Management for North America. This role is focused on the coordination and management of multiple projects, tracking task, timelines, risks and issues and interplay between overlapping resources. The successful candidate will coordinate the projects, track the progress, and report their results on a regular basis. This is a business facing project management position, involving engagement with stakeholders across all functions, but with heavy interaction with IT. Responsibilities include: Leading the planning and implementation of multiple projects. Helping to define a project’s scope and goals. Managing the full end to end project delivery lifecycle and produce high quality project/program plans to tight deadlines. Actively managing project risks, issues, change management and dependencies. Managing project administration, including all relevant documentation, presentations, and status reports. Engaging with multiple Workstream leaders and provide guidance on approach and delivery. Coordinating project members and manage stakeholder relationships. Creating and executing User Acceptance Testing Strategies and approaches. Ensuring that all IT and Business operational areas are ready to accept the change. Reporting regularly to senior management. Project evaluations and results measurement. Desired Skills & Experience Minimum 5-10 years of successful, continuous Project Management experience. Experience working within Insurance is preferred. A proven track record in the delivery of large and complex change projects. Experience working closely with a wide variety of functions and stakeholders. Advanced knowledge of project [related] tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, MS Projects etc) Ability to manage people, with strong interpersonal skills, relationship building skills and strong negotiation skills. Experience of Target Operating Model, Process / Business Change approaches such as Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement. Demonstrate ability to effectively manage projects from design through to implementation. Exposure to business analysis. Strong understanding of risk management and governance framework. Stakeholder Management experience, up to C-Suite level. Evidence of formal change management methodology qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile etc.). Experience in policy administration systems and finance systems preferred, namely Guidewire Policy Centre, Genius, SAP.
