Diesel Mechanic Benefits
- Our mechanics make between $25 - $45 per hour based on diesel mechanic experience
- Company-provided mechanic uniforms
- Paid training is offered to mechanics with basic mechanical skills
- 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees only
- Benefits begin for employees on the 1st of the month
- 401k with up to a 5% match
- 3% Safe Harbor contribution to employee's 401k regardless of whether you contribute or not
- $50 cell phone reimbursement per management approval
- 120 hours of PTO at the start of employment with a max accrual of 240 hours
- Mechanic must have a valid driver's license
- Must have your own tools
- Mechanic must be able to pass a drug test and fit for duty physical
- formal mechanic training in working with diesel equipment/heavy equipment/farm equipment
- We prefer to have mechanics with 6 months to a year of previous diesel mechanic experience
- All diesel mechanics with at least 6 months of experience will be considered, but your pay is based on mechanical experience with heavy-duty/farm equipment
