We are looking for an ambitious planner to become a planning manager for a Hampshire-based developer who is going through a period of rapid growth within the market and you will become a key driver as their business develops. You will report directly to the directors but work autonomously on managing existing planning applications through outlined and detailed consents.
You will be dynamic, ambitious, and hungry to succeed. The business is very fast-paced and you will be given a lot of autonomy to manage your own work. This is not a 9-5 job and you will have to want to have an exciting career.
You will either be working for a planning consultancy or another property developer/ house builder. You will be degree-qualified and MRTPI qualified. You must have extensive experience dealing with planning applications and appeals in the residential property market.
Salary on offer is £60-70k complemented by a comprehensive package. Additionally, you will benefit from a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
