- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources allocation, and budgeting, Ensure all phases of the project are executed according to plan.
- Monitor all aspects of project execution to ensure high-quality standards area maintained. Implement quality control processes to identify and address potential issues early.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project. Ensure that client expectations are understood, managed and met.
- Define project scope and objectives, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities. Manage any changes to the project scop, schedule, or budget.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

- 5 years of experience with Project Management in a construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management or similar field is .
- Proficiency with financial analysis (e.g. cost breakdowns, risk analysis, budget, etc.) and experience with cost, contract terms and conditions, and profit decisions.
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.
- Proven ability to foster teamwork and cooperation with diverse group of employees.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
