Site Manager - New Build

Upto £65,000 plus package
Do you have experience of managing New Build Industrial/Warehouse projects of significant value as a number 2. If so, our client is keen to talk to you!!
Our client, a fledgling main contractor located in the Midlands have recently secured 3 new projects, with one scheme imminently hitting site, along the M1 Corridor. The initial project is a £15million, New Build Extension to an existing Warehouse, with future projects ranging in value up to £20 million.
You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and will assist with day to day operational responsibility for the development.
The Candidate (Site Manager)
As a Site Manager you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and experience within the role as a Site Manager.

You Will Require The Following
- Previous Industrial/Warehouse sector experience is essential.
- A working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts (Preferable)
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- A full UK driving license
- Salary: Up to £65,000 dependent on experience and subject to review after probation period
