If you answered yes to any of these, then ENERGY SYSTEMS GROUP® (ESG) would be delighted to meet you! We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team who has the skills, expertise and experience to help amplify the ESG brand.

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, creating and publishing written and visual content to support marketing initiatives, optimizing marketing funnels to improve performance, and communicate their results to the company leaders. 

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will:

• Establish long-term digital marketing strategies to evolve owned/paid digital channels (e.g., website, SEO, email, social), driving awareness and engagement while introducing new strategies.
• Drive strategy across digital marketing channels; leverage marketing analytics to provide insights and make recommendations for building out digital marketing initiatives.
• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
• Plans and executes all SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Create a best-in-class user experience and destination for all content across our digital channels.
• Be a team player. This is a “we” role, not a “me” role!

Your background includes:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• 5-7 years’ experience in marketing, social media, demand generation, digital marketing, or digital media.
• Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) or Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM), preferred
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, DAM a plus.
• Experience defining standards and governance for constantly evolving digital marketing environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, experience within the industry a bonus.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag manager, HubSpot, or similar).
• Experience in setting up and overseeing social media boost campaign as well as paid digital campaigns.
